Milking Parlor

The modern dairy industry is pretty amazing and watching how milk makes it from the cow to the cup is a “mooving” experience, and not just for the cow. The Milking Parlor is an enclosed demonstration area with plenty of seating and a great view of the milking process conducted by members of Southwest Dairy Farmers. These entertaining demonstrations not only provide information on the nutritional value of dairy products, but also give those in attendance an opportunity to get “udderly” wonderful answers to questions they might have. Visit the Southwest Dairy Farmers website for great recipes sure to please the whole family!
