All accepted vendors are required to operate their booth the entire run of the show (23 days), no part time or weekend only exhibitors.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING:

MLM or Independent Contractor Booths
Lead Generation, Information Only and Home Improvement Companies
Beauty Devices, Face Creams or Makeup Products
Pitch Products Must Be Cash/Carry, Not Lead Gen.

Food/Concession Booths may send their trailer photos, products and pricing to coburnsbbq@coburnscatering.com and copy exhibits@fwssr.com.

INTERNET & ELECTRICAL

Both internet and electrical needs are provided through external contractors, Belwave Communications & Lone Star Electric.

Electricity:
Lone Star Electric is the exclusive provider of electrical service for SWELS. For additional information call 817-335-8044 or email: brad@lonestardfw.com

Existing house power is included in booth rental fee for inside exhibitors only. Please respect this convenience. This is not intended to be sufficient for all Exhibitors.
