Join the Pageantry!

The Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo's nightly Grand Entry sets the tone for each rodeo performance with a colorful display of cowboys and cowgirls. From Haslet to Hawaii, the Grand Entry welcomes riding clubs, sheriff's posses, horse show contestants, charros and escramuzas to join in on this more than hundred-year old FWSSR tradition.

Riding clubs who participate throughout the run of the Show are recognized for their efforts with awards for Best Overall, Best Horsemanship and Best Dressed. All riders will receive a commemorative patch with their first ride.

The Basic 411: Applications must be received no later than 3 days prior to the day you or your club wishes to ride. All riders must be 16 years of age or older. Clubs are provided with free parking and grounds admission the day of the scheduled performance. Complete information is included with the application. ONLINE APPLICATIONS ONLY.

Horse Show Exhibitor

Individual riders entered in a FWSSR horse show are eligible to ride.

Submission requirements and guidelines are included in the application.Horses and mules are accepted. Donkeys and miniatures are not eligible.

Liability Waiver

All riders must submit an individual waiver. Riders under 18 must be submitted by a parent or guardian. Sweethearts, queens and pageant title holders must complete a separate waiver form.
