• 4 P.M. - Team arrival & set up
• 6 PM - Cooks meeting
• 7 PM - Dinner
• 8 PM - Teams offsite

saturday 11/9:

• 4 AM - Team arrival
• 5 AM - Breakfast
• 6 AM - Meat pick up
• 9 AM - Dessert turn-in
• 10:30 AM - Beans turn-in
• 12:00 noon - Chicken turn-in
• 1:30 PM - Ribs turn-in
• 3:00 PM - Brisket turn-in
• 5:00 PM Awards after team clean-up

ONLINE EXAM: October 28-November 1

• Online exam with top scores advancing to in person presentation.

• 50-Question Online Exam
• Eligible participants will be allowed ONE OPPORTUNITY to take the online exam and must participate in the FWSSR Regional HS BBQ Competition
• Top 10 Scoring Contestants Advance to Finalist Presentations
• Participants are encouraged to be neatly dressed for finalist oral presentations, but due to facility limitations, presentable cooking attire is acceptable.

• Study materials released on or before Monday, October 14.
• Monday, October 28 - Friday, November 1 at 5 p.m. The exam will be an online proctored exam. The last opportunity to begin the exam is 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 1.
• Finalists will be notified via email on Saturday, November 2.
• Friday, November 8 - Finalist's oral presentation to Judges Panel 4:30 - 6 p.m. (before cooks meeting) .
