SCHEDULE:

Thurs., Oct. 3 - FWSSR Fundraising Tournament - Open to anyone wanting to help raise money for our scholarships.
Fri., Oct. 4 - FWSSR Junior Shooting Sports Competition, Check-in, Practice and Side Events
Sat., Oct. 5 - FWSSR Junior Shooting Sports Check-in, Competition and Side Events
Sun. Oct 6 - Inclement weather option only

TOURNAMENT FORMAT*:

Exhibitors will compete in their respective divisions:
- Intermediate Female
- Intermediate Male
- Senior Female
- Senior Male
100 target first round in two flights
100 target clean slate championship (top 20 in each division)
Two Lewis Classes for each division based on first-round scores
Over $25,000 in premiums awarded to youth competitors

GOLF CARTS:

You may bring your own personal golf cart for a $10 fee.
You may walk the course.
You may rent a cart from FWSSR only. Defender will not have any carts available on Friday, October 4 or Saturday, October 5, as FWSSR has secured all their carts and rented additional to accommodate our entries.
Golf carts may be rented at the time of entry or up until deadline of September 1. If you have competitors in two different divisions, they may not be squadded on the same course to share golf carts.

Clinics and educational programs incentivized with prizes
Side shooting events are open to exhibitors, parents, siblings, etc.
High School senior competitors are eligible to earn a portion of $20,000 in scholarships through Aim for Education. (no separate entry - no additional entry fee just click "yes" you would like to participate)

how to enter

To avoid mistakes, please have the following prior to beginning the entry process. PARENTS WILL NEED TO ENTER THEIR SHOOTER AND HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION READY!

Entry will not be complete unless all signatures and payment are received by FWSSR.
Please have your Official 4-H or FFA Chapter Name
Please have your AST/CEA name and email
Please make sure to have the email and CELL PHONE of the parent/adult responsible for the shooter/exhibitor.
Birthdate and T-shirt size of the shooter/exhibitor
Please identify the cell phone number that will be the event day contact to receive text schedule updates or alerts.
SEPTEMBER 1 DEADLINE FOR ALL SUBMISSIONS
Only Texas 4-H and FFA members may enter.

HOW TO ENTER

Complete electronically. Click the link ENTRIES ARE OPEN NOW!!! Fill out all pertinent email and cell phone information into the entry form and pay the online registration fee by credit card, Venmo or PayPal. Our entry form will accept all forms mentioned. Once entry is paid, it will automatically forward it to the parent then AST/CEA for signatures. Once the signatures are received, FWSSR will complete your entry and send an email.
