Legendary R&B singer and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer
Smokey Robinson
will bring his iconic voice to the stage January 20. With hits such as his first solo top ten Pop single, "Cruisin,'" and his sensual ballad, "Being with You,” his name is synonymous with Motown Records, as leader of the Miracles, as a solo artist, as a songwriter, as a producer and, along with Berry Gordy Jr., as a founding father of the company. The writer of more than 1,000 songs, Robinson's writing efforts resulted in a bevy of major hits for The Miracles, like "I Second That Emotion," "Going to a Go Go," "You Really Got a Hold on Me," "Tears of a Clown," and one of the most memorable, "The Tracks of My Tears."
