We have been serving up delicious authentic creole food in the Dallas area and nationwide since 1987! Though we are well known for our exotic grilled and fried alligator, we actually provide any type of cuisine imaginable! Attached are photos of items that will be featured by us this year, (NEWEST) boudin egg roll and an order of crawfish pies. In addition to those items, we feature: Red Beans and Rice, Creole Sausage and Seafood Gumbo, Catfish and Shrimp, Baskets, Jambalaya, Fried boudin balls, Fried Jambalaya balls and Crawfish Etouffee.
